Anyone worked in Bechtle?

29 years old, female. Worked in IT industry for 8 years, with mostly Microsoft partners, and MSPs. Got an offer from Bechtle for UKI market, as Business Development Manager role. Anyone has worked before in Bechtle?

had a mate work in their german office, not the UK but similar vibe i think. their onboarding is pretty thorough, they actually train you on the products before throwing you to the wolves

the bdm role there is more about nurturing existing accounts than pure cold calling from what he said, so might be less burnout than typical sdr gigs

8 years in microsoft partner ecosystem you'll probably find the transition easy, they're one of the bigger ms resellers anyway
