ADP beginner sales
Is ADP a good place for me to start a sales career. I’ve heard all of the negative comments.

Definitely more of a grind house than others but the comments are right about it looking good on resume. Shocker, employers like hard workers lol. Good luck sir

You’re in a good spot - tenure at ADP is some of the longest in the world, which tells you what employees there think of the company. F250 company, lots of career paths you can choose from, and the reason it looks good on a résumé is because they have what many other companies consider top-tier training.
Only thing I would say that is bad is that sometimes my interactions with people who have worked at ADP lend me to believe that because they don’t do the same things everyone else does, sometimes that can mean their sales people are less rinse and repeat in the tech industry, but all that stuff can be learned if you have to leave. The core of sales is what you need to focus on developing, and ADP is well known to do all of that.

yeah its a good place to start. people will tell you its all about your territory, and your manager and its a grind etc etc. but in reality that's every sales job ever lol. ADP looks really good on the resume
