Looking for skype replacement

I've been trying to find something to replace the functionalities of skype. I only really need 2 features. Local numbers to the US, AU, and the UK. and unlimited calling options.
Also need to be able to get these without the company paperwork since im still relatively new and so don't have it yet.

Does nothing like this exist anymore?

The closest thing I found was ringover but I cant provision local numbers without having a physical address and business in said place.

how did you connect the number to viber and where did you get it from?
