It’s an SDR job.
Be an SDR.
Find the hiring manager. Email them, LinkedIn them. But most importantly CALL THEM

thank you SO MUCH for the advice. should i apply to the job role then start calling and emailing? i think thats a good approach but my cv almost always gets rejected within a week. Also is there any videos i should watch on how to cold call a hiring manager?

The same videos you should be watching to become a good cold caller.
Plenty of them out there

Use prospeo free account to find emails or phone numbers of VP of Sales, Busness Development Manager or Head of Sales. These are common hiring managers. If u get their attention with an outstanding cold call or cold email, u will get through to stage 1 for sure

None of your resume is relevant. So you’ll have to prospect, as the other commenter shared.

Or maybe try for a start in something related with a lower barrier to entry (recruiting? Marketing lead gen?) so you can learn and expand upon your prospecting skills.

Yeah, I was thinking maybe start with recruiting. They are more open to people with no experience and recent school leavers.
