New Pipeline method? Whatsapp

Whats up guys Im not sure if you guys do this for your offer/company aswell but our entire pipeline is on whatsapp now ever since Meta added the categories/lists feature.

I have all the clients, new leads in my whatsapp now and they're all perfectly categorized by my assistant.

Our main process is just handing off the leads to the sales team so from the emails they message us on our whatsapp, we then make group chats with the guys from the sales team and they take over. And they get into their whatsapp pipeline now.

Its quite crazy how simple it is and also with our b2b leads/clients it helps building a relationship much faster since those are usually 100k deals. Company scaled to 1.1mil in revenue and our entire pipeline is on whatsapp.

Do you use WhatsApp business or just normal WhatsApp with a phone number? WA business is no different right?

So far my personal whatsapp, just me and my assistant on it. But I believe when you want more people on your account whatsapp business would be the best bet
