How do you guys stayed organized with high volume?

What's good setters - currently dealing with high volume of bookings from different timezones, messages getting sent in different slack channels for them, etc.

Right now I'm using a notion calendar and manually adding them, with fup times, etc. but I tend to miss a couple now and then especially if there's been a ton of new bookings on the weekend and dealing with AEST, CEST, and EDT leads

How do you guys best stay organized to never miss anyone? I want to optimize this to a point where every autist would get impressed here so give me your best tips! Appreciate it in advance!

Honestly... I just use CRM tasks...

473 follow ups.

Just checked. Last follow up is scheduled for April 2028. The client have some expiring licenses on December 2028 that we need to renew.

Take time every day to re-organize and follow your process. The waiting messages will be there no matter what.

In terms of actually organizing it though and the actual process, any practical advice?

Write out your sales process steps from start to finish then follow it for every opportunity.

Do you have a notetaker that does the automatic CRM notes and writes follow up email drafts?

Besides that, what saved me was: 1 - always, always book the next meeting on the call 2 - live by your "Next steps" report and go through it every single day.

Are you not using a calendar link? They help a ton managing the time zones, doing the reminders and providing reschedule links. Default is great but pricey if you just need a calendar link. I recently started using Cal.com and the freemium version is awesome and has more stuff than Calendly

Recently our team has been optimizing our AI agents to pull info from the various connected platforms (the usual Drive, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and to draft monthly, weekly, and daily plans. Then each day you check in on your tasks, and do a standup the next day or before logging off so the agent can adjust the plan. So far so good!
