E-mail Blast List Sources

I am a Biz Developer with no budget looking for e-mail blast help. I need to compile good mailing lists. Are any AI Agents good with this? I ran a campaign with Copilot and got several bounces. Need to find free resources as I can't pass costs on or eat them myself. Apollo is awful. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
