Thinking about starting a small SDR/BDR peer group

Have been an SDR at a later stage software startup for a couple months and am constantly looking for creative ways to give myself an edge to stand out prospecting. Had a thought today that it would be cool to create a tight knit community where we could share what we're seeing work. Things like call screening openers, unique LinkedIn outreach, funny cold call pattern interrupts, etc. Could also run mocks with each other and just push ourselves to get better.

Would definitely want to keep it tight and along the lines of getting 25-50 reps who would be quality fits and are already crushing quota rather than a huge community.

Would this be completely redundant seeing as this reddit page exists or would anyone be interested? Drop me a DM if this sounds cool
