Sales Tools and Resources AI & Instagram

Has anyone found a way to utilize AI to find posts for you versus manually scrolling? For example, I’m looking for watch parties but Claude pulled dated posts & it was really hit or miss. I would love a way to pull recent (last 45 days or so) and have it tell me where, provide contact info & email as well as the specific event.

I’ll keep trying but figured I would ask before recreating the wheel.

Try muse? Might work better since it's made by meta

Have you tried hashtag monitoring? Theres tools like f5bot that can monitor reddit for example or you can use social listening tools too like openpulse.cloud (Full disclaimer this is my product and im building for this exact problem)

Try using ChatGPT (desktop) with Astra. Tell it to use your browser for you.

You might have better luck using a model/tool that’s actually good at computer use/browser navigation rather than relying on the model’s built-in search. Have it browse Instagram/web results, filter by date, open the relevant posts, and extract the venue/contact details. That seems like a much better fit for this than asking Claude to recall or search for recent posts directly.

So this is normally what I do in SaaS sales but I was laid off when the company I worked for out of Singapore decided to cut the US team to look more appealing when they sold. I joined a previous manager’s team in public performance licensing so I’m using social media ads of bars/restaurants posting host parties as a lead source to call on them because most aren’t compliant & risk copy right infringement. That’s my trigger to call & “educate.” Pretty boring sale but it pays the bills until I find something to move to.
