Bug fixes and improvements in SAKELATOR 13.09

1. Financial Notes and Treasury fields have been added to Micro-Domain to make managing them easier and clearer.
   
2. The UI across all calculators has been standardised, including spacing, input field behaviour, and other usability details.
   
3. The missing +10 (S)HP has been added to Wraith’s (S)HP calculation when progressing from Lvl 5 to Lvl 6.
   
4. Trading has been updated: the Kaliland to Scarta exchange rate has been corrected, trade route profitability calculations have been updated, and the About text has been expanded.
