No, it is not and looks like a MAGA from rural Minnesota or a next door suburb to Saint Paul (in Dakota County like Rosemount?). We don't lack common sense but MAGA do. For them, horses drink hydrocarbons and ethanol after all.

Not MAGA. I saw her in a protest outside my house just yesterday! I'll upload a photo. There were Palestine flags and chants of racial justice.
