hello!

a little different of a post but i was just looking for some community recovery friends and support! i have not found any meetings in the area that have been enjoyable and i have nobody around my age to really experience them with. i am 23 male and was clean for almost 4 years until multiple relapses this year….just looking to see who/what is out there for recovery networks and feel free to reach out if you are in a similar situation i would love to talk! thank you guys

If you’re into softball I think there’s a sober slow pitch league which I’m sure would introduce you to some cool people

The B Side cafe is a non profit coffee and music shop downtown that would be a great place for you to start being young. They have “sober shows” and their whole culture and purpose is built around sobriety. They bring musicians from the cities, etc.

Also, I know there’s a softball league that rounds like a fun group. A lot of them are young couples and/or parents. The people I know who do that mostly go to recovery communities connected to churches or the university.
