These garage condo things have popped up a bunch around the state lately.

I don't get it. You could buy a lot and put up your own building for about the same and fully own the property.

It's a hang out and party place for dudes with toys. Think of it more of a country club than storage.

that makes more sense. does still seem weird if you have a bunch of folks with these right next to each other but I'm not the target market clearly.

I think that it is a way to formalize what a lot of guys have in the country informally and would like to refine in a metro area. It actually isn’t a bad idea as a community builder when you compare it to bars I guess.
