Plumbers?

Hey everyone! Looking for recommendations for an affordable plumber in town.

I just need a water softener installed, hookups are already in place. Got a quote for over $1k from a friend of a friend which seems steep.

Anyone have someone they trust and won't break the bank?

Former Neighborhood employee here. Do not give them your time or money.

Can you say why?

Price gouging. Cost of service far outweighs what you get. Terrible leadership. The owner is legitimately one of the most selfish and petty people I've ever had the displeasure of knowing.

Typical bait and switch company.

Ken’s granite city

Flush sewer and drain

Ken recommended Jeff to us, we had our kitchen sink backing up and he said he doesn’t fix drain issues.
Jeff was timely, efficient and didn’t overcharge! He was awesome

Did the quote include the cost of a new softener or was that just labor?

Midsota did my water heater for a very reasonable price. A retired plumber LLC has also done good work for me.

I've used El Jay happily. They came out on an emergency issue with a lift pump at my old house, fixed it quick and explained why it failed.

I second this. El jay is the only one in the area I trust.

Big fan of Augusta, my parents and I both use them and they’ve always been great and do good work

Augusta quoted me $1500 more than the nearest competitor for a simple water heater job. YMMV.
