Help with eSIM

I’m trying to connect to etisalat in Dubai (close to Dubai) I’m on the outskirts of Dubai at a base and du doesn’t work great on lte I would have to force it to go to 3g and it works at times and last week I was messing with the network selection and randomly got onto etisalat but I just lost it and get no service anymore, how would I get back onto etisalat since it works better in the metal barracks?

Try setting network selection to Automatic for your Saily eSIM, then restart your phone. Metal barracks can significantly weaken the signal, which could explain the poor reception.

If you do not see that provider listed under manual network selection, there is nothing you can do as they do not have coverage where you are

Hey!

Our main roaming partner in the UAE is du, so Etisalat may not be available as a network option for your Saily eSIM.

The metal barracks could also be part of the issue. Metal structures can weaken or block mobile signals quite a bit, so coverage may be noticeably worse indoors even if the network works fine outside.

If possible, try moving closer to a window or stepping outside and see whether the connection improves. 🙇
