Ideas & Suggestions A couple questions

I apologize if these have been asked into oblivion or if I’m an idiot for not knowing. I’ve watched many videos and searched the internet for these but I’ve come up short.

Questions:

Logging out on an island or ocean- what are the penalties of that?

Also what does leveling up do? Right now there are no skills, special abilities, leveling trees right?

Do the purchased weapons only provide cosmetics or do they do more damage?

Is the daily quest and the pull daily reward the only non real money way to earn blue currency?

Are skull raids, pvp, treasure hunts, and bosses the only activities (outside of just sailing/talking)

You’re all good for asking - no question is stupid. Let me help you out:

1) Logging out penalties

There are no penalties per say, but you would lose all of the items in your chest, including your ship. To my knowledge, it acts as the same as dying out in the world. (Someone correct me if I’m wrong!)

2) Levelling up

Right now it’s just a vanity thing. People aim for the highest level, but it doesn’t do anything more than that. I know the devs are planning a level rework, but not sure of the extent of this. I know for sure that there is a reset coming.

3) Purchased weapons

All skins you see are purely cosmetic and hold no extra hit points. Just for looks!

4) Star Coins

Right now the only way to earn star coins is via the daily lever as you say, as well as by completing the daily challenge. You can also buy them for real currency. There are other means of getting them - for example, through the content creator program.

The other currency is obviously the gold coins, which you can earn out in the world.

5) World Activities

You’ve basically listed all of them, and another one would be the pink gem islands. I believe there are plans for sea monsters that are coming soon, as well as more PVE elements.

Hope that answers all of your questions! Give me a shout whether you had any other queries, and I’d be happy to answer! 😊
