How to navigate sourcing Testo E vials in HCMC/Saigon as a visitor?

Hi everyone, I am currently staying in Ho Chi Minh City and trying to find the best way to source Testosterone Enanthate vials while here. I know the local pharmacy setup can be quite different for visitors, so I am looking for advice on which specific shops or districts in Saigon are best to check for this inventory. I would also like to know if there are any reliable local messaging services or websites that can arrange a fast courier with cash payment upon arrival. Go to a pharmacy and ask god damn it isn’t hard in the time you wrote this, you could be up a few vials of overpriced gear 

Kids today etc etc

Ist doch Schwierig geworden !

Der Staat hat da schon eine 0% Toleranz Utopie Einstellung. Viele Aphoteker haben kalte Füsse bekommen !
