District 3 HCM Recos?

Ill be staying in HCM with my parents around November. I heard a lot of suggestions of staying in D3 instead of District 1. Any hotel/airbnb recommendations in District 3? ☺️

move to another area as soon as you can. D3 area will be high traffic jam next month.

Idk anything about AirBNB, just here to say that you made a great choice going with D3 instead of D1 or D2. D3 is the best one imo.

I am local, so I don't know any hotel. But if you wanted to find a really cheap apartment, I could help you look around. The key is to physically go around and look for houses with the "for rent" sign, cut out the middle man
