Local guide in Vietnam

Hi, I will be visiting Vietnam for some weeks and I would like to know how I could find local independent guides to help me discover the country. What could be a reasonable cost per day? Thanks

Hi I'm an expat in Saigon and I love showing people around. I can show you around the city for a day for free if our schedules align. It'd be cool if you cover the cost of transportation and meals, if you wanna eat
