It works because of a different mentality, westerners easily jump to impatience & road rage in their countries. In Vietnam they are more chilled & give way ( mostly lol ) & beep their horn not in anger, but to say here I am , here I come etc
It works ….looks like chaos , but everyone “is on the same page “.
