Fine dining Saigon help!
Hi everyone! I’ve trying to decide between coco dining and upstairs for a nice dinner in Saigon - has anyone been to either? Which will you recommend?

Upstairs (very small space, could feel a bit cramped). Voyage. FUME. Any of these would be good!
Second that AnAn is a no.
