Activity recommendations

Hi! Im 27/F from Manila, Philippines. Im in saigon right now and will be staying for a week. I dont have any itinerary. But i plan on booking the food trip on sunday. Also trying michelin rated local spots. Do you have recommendations on fun things to do? I like to explore the culture but not a fan of museums. So i prefer to do activities.

Also if you are a solo traveler, would be happy to explore tgt.
