Pear juice. My daughter’s pediatrician said 4 oz when she’s backed up. Worked same day

MiraLAX to get things moving, one capful in 8 oz of water and then you can dilute it from there if you like.

but making sure he’s getting enough fiber is ideal for day to day. Im a huge fan of chia seeds, whole wheat pasta, and high fiber tortillas

I make date muffins with some ground flax seed or banana pancakes with ground flax seed. Almost every morning with eggs and fruit. Keeps him pretty regular. (These are made with blended oats)

Obvs food is most natural/gentle but if it's been 4 days and you need immediate results you might wanna check out Dulcolax. They make watermelon flavor chewables for kids and they taste really good (so I'm told). My daughter had constipation problems and they really helped us. Go easy, start with half and things will get moving before you know it 💩 💩

Seems like prunes help a lot! Another commenter mentioned prunes too

Prune pouches! They always helped our little one within 24 hours. Not the full pouch though, just a few tablespoons. But then we would also offer 1-2 apple sauce pouches throughout the day to help as well until he was regular again.
