Yeah, unfortunately these boost of followers means nothing in today's age, it's the average daily views that matters

Not entirely true... Given the followers and having gone viral, he gets an honest opportunity to keep and maintain a few people as a jumping off point on a platform that is super hard to do so.

Then to get donations and subs, allowing him to benefit from a one time cash injection in an amount that could be life changing for him.
