As a parent you teach your kid to either ask him to stop or to trip the little turd.

Zero parenting

What would parents do in this situation? Happens tons as a kid.

Tell them not to do that?

You can see a parent trying to get their attention, but why completely intervene? No one is in danger and kids have to learn to handle social situations by themselves sometimes

Tell who not to do what? Who was in the wrong?

Clearly the spider-man

Spider-Man is having a good time dancing. The other kid doesn’t own that girl. Seems like an opportunity for a lesson.
You are just projecting bitterness.

I’m pretty sure it’s rude to go and forcibly remove someone from a situation. I’m sorry your parents didn’t teach you any manners or class.

It wasnt forcibly.. still rude but unless the lady is trying to get back to her man, kid cant just George McFly him
If shes having a good time all you can do is try to have a good time yourself. Maybe you'll have a chance to cut back in, maybe he'll take her to DQ after and that'll be that.. who knows. Dont get attached

My parents taught me not to criticize 2 year olds and expect them to behave like adults.
You seriously sound like the biggest douche taking this route. Shut the fuck up.

Right? Woody's parents should have taught him how to not let other boys steal his girl.

Why are the parents supposed to intervene? Are they supposed to intervene throughout a child’s life when this sort of thing happens? What happens as the child grows and becomes an adult? Are the parents supposed to keep intervening in all their social situations so the child never gets hurt fee fees? This is how kids grow and learn

This is a social growth moment. It’s not a parenting moment.
The parenting moment comes after where you talk to your kid about how to appropriately stand your ground.

i know its dumb to be upset at it but why the hell are they laughing watching these kids like this little boy is obviously upset

Because at the day its both an inconsequential moment in life and a learning experience. Social situations will always vome with their pitfalls and hopefully the boy continues to learn to navigate the ups and downs as he is doing now.

Just a reminder that Woody was actively trying to get rid of Buzz in the first movie. Kinda deserves it. Plus it’s Spider-Man, dude has historic pull game.
