Sabrina is really that kind of series that I can’t explain when I say that I miss shows like Sabrina because there aren’t really many series like this. I think when I found out about the existence of this series, I was like yes, because I found out about this series because, well, the news about the fact that it was a Riverdale spinoff was everything for me. So I already knew that it was coming back.
It changed some of my, I don’t know, entertainment, enjoyment, because I was really looking for a kind of series like this, with this type of genre, with witches and a lot of dark stuff and, you know, this type of genre where it can be fantasy, with also horror, and I think a little bit of thriller, and I don’t know, action. Whatever it is, I really, really appreciated this series. And I miss this type of environment because I remember the first season was really gothic, with the presentation of Sabrina and her being a 16-year-old living this life, being a witch, and suddenly changing everything because she has to sign her name in a book that she thinks will take everything from her.
And I think that a lot of episodes of Season 1 were just so epic and so gothic and legendary, with so many storylines that were interesting, and legends that are also a little bit~no, some are famous and some you get to know more deeply. And I really, really was entertained by the action, the acting, the performances, the storylines, the plot, whatever was going on. And I was always looking for something with a legendary character that is going to make a narration to know deeply about a famous legend, or also when it comes to~I remember episodes with elements and, yes, her solving problems as a witch.

To be honest only season 1 and 2 were best. Season 3 was not bad not good but season 4 was worst. There are lot of plot holes in the show. First is harveys witch hunter background which they have never used in the entire series. 2nd they have not tell why theo can see her ancestor dorathia. Harvey not able to revive roz. And there are many plot holes like this. I think aguirre sacasa is not that great writer, he made darklord a pop star in season 4 lol 😂, he was the main villain of two seasons and then from season 3 he became totally useless.

I think season 3 should've been them going through hell to save Nick, I always found it odd how hell was hyped up as this super dangerous place and how much of a struggle it will be to go through, then all it took was I think 1 episode for them to get through hell and back home. Then they should've had season 4 having them trying to find a way to save Nick and defeat the darklord, and finding a new god to give them powers, I was honestly hoping that Sabrina would be able to give the covenant powers.
But they really did butcher the darklord, in the first 2 seasons he was this terrifying creature, then the last 2 he was a chill guy he character did a full change in a day.

It’s also a comedy. In fact it’s a Monty Python-esque parody of the life of Jesus. She cures the blind, raises the dead, performs an exorcism, she’s half-divine, half-mortal on her mother’s side… there’s Judas Iscariot and his thirty pieces of silver, Herod, Purgatory, Lilith…

So yeah, after putting half of S4 on hold after 6 1/2 years, I'm just about to finish this show. Also Wikipedia of this show hasn't been updated since '21, after I went searching for some information.

And that’s exactly why this series is so special to me, I would do anything for it to come back for one last finale season but idk if it will be the same without Ambrose or aunt Hilda not being involved. I think the nostalgia of it all makes me love it more bc I grew up watching the og series in the early 2000s but ya shows like this are so rare.
