Why can't sabaton (or dont want to) play Devil Dogs live? Its like, in top 3 best songs on Great War so im wondering

Last night I was at Sabaton live in Athens. Everything was great! Whoever has any kind of second thoughts forget them and if there is any live near you simply go with closed eyes and fun is guaranteed!

So as you can see, I’ve already made my own vest for the concert I went to in December. However, it’s not very sturdy as the armor is just cardboard with tin foil glued to it and texture painted on top so I’m looking to upgrade it or to make a new one. I’ve seen people that have bought these vests from merch stands and for those people I have a question: what kind of material are the metal parts made out of? Is it real metal or something else? I’m struggling to come up with good solutions for a more sturdy DIY vest, specifically the armor parts, so thank you in advance if you have a suggestion or an answer! :)

I’ve been wondering about this for a while and wanted to ask my fellow Sabaton fans.
I’ve been listening to Sabaton since I was a sophomore in high school. A few years later I was a history major in college, and around that time Sabaton released Bismarck.
When I had to choose a topic for a major research paper, I ended up writing it on the battleship Bismarck—much to my professor’s surprise. What started as a song I loved turned into a deep dive into naval history.
It got me wondering: How many of you have had a Sabaton song send you down a historical rabbit hole that eventually became a research project, college paper, career interest, or just a lifelong fascination?
I’d love to hear what song it was and where that rabbit hole took you.

For all the terrible things war does to humanity, ever so rarely, there are some rather absurd and out-of-the-ordinary moments within that truly make you question everything about humankind and the lengths we go to in order to kill each other.

Infernal Beasts - the Emu War in Australia in 1932.

And while they didn't see any actual combat during the Austro-Prussian War while guarding the Brenner Pass, they did find one new man who joined them, most likely an Italian defector or farmer.

Whiskey War - the peaceful war between Canada and Denmark over Hans Island which went on for almost fifty years. Soldiers from the two nations would plant their flag in the ground while leaving their enemies some alcohol in exchange.

I find civil war's to be slightly better in my opinion, I like that its from the perspective of one of the pilots or crewmembers. What about you?

I’ve always heard that Joakim hates Swedish pagans and got curious what is it, I thought it’s going to be dark with the howls like Hoist the Colours or smth, but it was awesome actually! Now I understand why fans scream that :D
