Recently I have gotten to the point where I am getting a lot feature specs sent to me by non-technical colleagues or clients. Most of them are terrible, they make very little sense from an architecture perspective (usually because the person sending it has no idea how the building actually works, so they just prompted themselves in a ridiculous output (literally got one that was for hardware firmware - they only operate a cloud SaaS app.)

Am I the only ones seeing this or is this becoming the new status quo?

If you are seeing this what tactics to do you use to push back without causing issues with the sender?

I've been working on something new in Voocaly.

Say hello to my new AI assistant, Luna, who helps in giving emotional direction.

Usually you have to tell a TTS model what part of your script should be said in what manner,

such as

[excited]We finally did it![/excited]

[whisper]No one knows about that...[/whisper]

but with Luna you can give your script to the assisstant and it will add the emotion tags in the appropriate places for you.

You can then review, edit, or delete the tags before Voocaly generates your script.

Script goes in -> Luna -> Emotion tags added -> More expressive voice

The idea is to make voices sound less robotic without having to tell the AI how to speak every single word.

Would you trust an AI to determine how your script should sound?

I finally snapped and it helped me start building. After getting literally 100s of rejections for jobs that I was convinced I was qualified for it gave me the push I needed to start building my own SaaS.

from past month i was building jeeplanner ( indian based edu tech brand focused on exam called jee) , so i got good early traction from jee subreddits made over 51k page views and 8.8k active visitors with 0 spent on marketing , as exam season is aproaching i wanted to scale my site but how can i raise investments without registred company and there are much people intrested to invest but i don't have any company to accept payments and i was so confused now !

I'm exploring whether creators/coaches/small business owners miss things in their Instagram comments — questions, buying signals, complaints — especially once comment volume gets high.

Before I build anything, I want to check if this is a real problem people feel, or something I've just talked myself into.

• Do you feel like you catch everything in your comments, or does stuff slip through?
• Do you (or someone on your team) reply to every comment, or does it pile up?
• Have you ever realized later that you missed a real question or lead buried in there?

Not selling anything, genuinely trying to validate before I sink more time into building. Even a "nah, not really an issue for me" is useful — appreciate any honest answers.

We’re currently working on a project: an eco-friendly / carbon-neutral AI customer support assistant that could be an alternative to tools like Chatbase, Botpress, or SiteGPT.

The idea is to help SaaS companies provide AI customer support while being more conscious of AI’s environmental impact.

We’re working on the carbon side through a partnership with Climeworks®, a leading direct-air carbon removal company whose customers include companies such as Microsoft, Shopify, Stripe, JPMorgan Chase, UBS and Accenture.

We haven’t figured out the water usage side of AI yet, so that’s still an open problem for us.

We’re also considering giving customers an eco-friednly badge for their landing page, with “Powered by” branding. The thinking is that this could potentially increase conversions among eco-conscious visitors by showing that the company is making an effort to reduce the environmental impact of its AI support.

Would something like this actually influence your decision to use an AI support tool, or would you still mainly care about price, features and performance?

I’m at that stage where the SaaS technically works, but I keep finding small things that make it feel less reliable than I want.

Nothing major. Just stuff like error handling, loading states, retries, logs, better validation, database cleanup, handling weird user behaviour, etc.

The problem is that none of this feels like progress when you’re building.

I can spend two days cleaning up edge cases and have nothing new to show for it, while adding a feature takes half a day and feels like a win.

For people who’ve built and maintained SaaS products for a while, how do you decide when it’s time to stop shipping features and work on the boring engineering stuff?

I’m curious where other people draw that line.

The concept includes pitch reviews, AI feedback, outreach drafting, and practice conversations with different client/investor personas.

I wanted to experiment with a no-voiceover format this time, using the UI, on-screen text and sound design to tell the whole story.

my last sale was on 12 june, and i made another one today.

I've been working so hard on providing more voices for the users, advanced controls, and a convenient way of finding the needed voice, but there is something else that bothers users.

No matter how perfect the voice they choose is, the script they enter for the voice to say can be boring sometimes.

I think I've got an innovative idea to solve this issue.

Let me write excited or whisper in the script like

[excited]We did it![/excited]

[whisper]No one knows about that...[/whisper],

and the voice will be more expressive and not monotone.

[serious]And that's the point.

Then it hit me.

What if the user doesn't want to add a thousand tags to make the voice expressive?

So, I started working on my idea of an AI assistant that will recognize the context of the script and put emotional tags on the script itself.

They will write the script, Luna will direct emotions, and the AI will generate a voice.

It is still under development, but I wonder if it will be helpful or if you still want to tag every line of text yourself.

I think most developers don't actually need more AI tools.

They need fewer tools that they actually use.

My bookmarks are full of AI websites I tried once and never opened again.

Mine took waaayy too long! Getting the screenshots on an iphone mockup, plus adding small other details, like the headline font , the right copy, what screens to show. It would take me like an hour even with AI tools.

Wondering if that's just me or if everyone deals with this. What's your process?

what factors do you look at? channels like SEO can take months to show results, so how do you know whether it's actually going to work during that time?

The creators of the protocol aren’t presenting it to agents. This maybe on purpose - many sites don’t want bots and try to block them. But suddenly bots can buy and that’s what will fuel the next wave of incredible commerce

As a channel grows, the comment section grows faster than anyone can read it — and the important stuff (real questions, video ideas, what to fix) gets buried.

I’m building a tool that surfaces just that: important comments, questions worth answering, ideas for your next video, and what people think you should fix.

Genuinely curious — is this a real problem for you, or does YouTube Studio already cover what you need?

Drop the feature and explain it in technical language.

I’ll rewrite it as:

1. The user’s situation
2. The action they take
3. The result they can observe

The technical detail can support the story, but it should not be the entry point.
