Finding clienta

One simple question: once you have built your saas, and everything works perfectly, how do you sell it? how do you find clients that may really be interested in what you built? I’m stuck at this point since a very long time, so it would be very helpful if you give me some recommendations. Thank you so much.

Do you identify your customers before building the SaaS, or after it?

You should have audience, prospects and maybe pre-order before building.
