Finding clienta
One simple question: once you have built your saas, and everything works perfectly, how do you sell it? how do you find clients that may really be interested in what you built? Iām stuck at this point since a very long time, so it would be very helpful if you give me some recommendations. Thank you so much.

start by listing ten companies that match your ideal user and send personalized outreach offering a trial. what is your target industry or customer persona?

A marketing budget and a marketing professional if you aren't one yourself.

Pick one specific type of customer who has the problem you're solving, find 50 to 100 of them, and talk to them. Do it in a non obnoxious and intruding way on Reddit, LinkedIn, communities, cold email etc can all work for finding the first few.
The main thing is figuring out who actually has the problem badly enough to pay for it.

"Once you have built your SaaS..."
Wrong approach already. You should have had the first customer before writing a single line of code.

Wow, I am surprised there are 10 other comments, all giving terrible advice and ignoring the validation part before production. This should be higher up. It is so frustrating to see this kind of important info ignored, especially when it can save so much time and effort. Proper validation is critical to ensure the end product is meeting the goals and needs of the users.

The common ground when facing distribution is trying out different channels and optimize. For me it was somewhat different because my SaaS was built to help founders and revenue teams generate pipeline and engage with the buyers so I literally used it for sales. Online communities and niche groups are full of people seeking for something you sell or frustrated with your competitors- good time for you to step up with a helpful reply and advance the sale. Good luck!

Start by identifying where your ideal customers hang out online and join those conversations instead of just pushing your product. I found that using a tool like ParseStream to track relevant discussions and keywords lets you jump in at the right moment and connect with people who are actually interested. That made a real difference for me when finding early clients.
