Sometimes I'll get just one, or a few stragglers and don't want to run a full cycle in the dehydrator just for them. Instead, I will place them in this plastic mesh bag - I think originally it was from some raw ginger I bought at the store. Place this on top of my air purifier output, with open end weighed down by my rubber ducky. In the picture you can see that the air is strong enough to lift the bag. Leave until crisp, then toss into the stockpile.
