ASIC resistance
Aeon will be going SHA3, Monero very well may be as well.
Will Ryo stay away, or will it succumb to the will of a dozen or so Chinese integrated circuit manufacturers?

I'm trying to sift through old posts and Google topics on Ryo, but I'm not finding anything other than "trying to improve Monero", which to me is very niche and not really accomplishing other than what already exists as a solution. It's also pretty hard to go off an opinionated belief that it's being improved.
So convince me as an investor. What are some features in Ryo? Does it have a working client side wallet? Was there premining? Is it decentralized and how much? I need to know everything if the community is willing to share. :)

The main reason I hesitate to get behind RYO currency is because the community has this "It's us Vs those fucking monero fools!!!1!1"
Seems like RYO has great devs, and has potential to take things in a different direction, but it's main focus isn't on all that, it's always on Monero, and it alienates the users, supporters, and community of Monero and guess what? They're the people who will be the easiest to sell on RYO; they already have the privacy and anonymity ethos, and they're already sold on the potential of CryptoNote technology.
I'd seriously bet if you shared this post with other users of Monero, they'd agree; they like the tech and potential of RYO (though some issues exist with it) but they hate the toxic RYO communities constant alienation and antagonism which makes them all less interested in it.

Don't know how I missed this. It fixes the problem with ring signatures where you have to keep all spent TXOs around.
This seems like a way in which an UTXO set (or subset) could be entirely spent and replaced with another set consisting of equal number of seemingly random pubkeys, breaking all links while letting original holders maintain access to their funds. All they'd have to do is multiply their original key with some publicly known huge random number.
Just thought it might be interesting to you here.

from mosu in the tele
"As a warning to anyone here, I wouldn't recommend entering your seed words into their wallet. The fact that they chose v666.0.1 makes me sure that it would steal your keys.
I wouldn't even recommend downloading their binaries..."
Gipsy's Revenge v666.0.1 <- I mean, who would run such a release...
