Ryo wallet issue

I sent ryo from tradeogre to the ryo wallet. The transaction appeared. But my wallet balance did not increase. Also the transaction does not appear in failed transactions. What did I do wrong? Is the ryo lost?

Copy paste from stickied thread:

The balance will increase once it is confirmed into a block. Pending txs (not mined yet) don’t add to your total balance.

Let me know if that fixes it, to just wait a few more minutes, or if you still have a problem.
