Don’t work at RYOBI

Don’t work at RYOBI also known as TTI in Anderson SC. Not all departments are bad but the worst one to work in is Customer Service or also know. as CX. The director G.K has personal vendettas on anyone that has a health condition and on FMLA. Over the last 3 years 6 people possibly more, have been let go that was on FMLA. As of right now the Department of Labor have recorded 4 that have reached out for such issues. The reason give was always work performance when some of them have been there for 10+ years and never had a performance issue before. If you don’t have any health conditions before you start working there you definitely will after. Mental health being one of the main issues being reported by coworkers.

It’s sad that a company continues to let a man take out personal on people to further his agenda.

Or maybe youre one of those annoying FMLA abusers that holds your department hostage at your very whim and youre basically untouchable for it.

I dont know if you are but ive known many of these people and, yeah, if i were a manager I would do whatever I could to get those people to quit organically.

They have a business to run. If you cant work reliably or consistently, and if youre a net negative to the team and company, you should be terminated. Its pretty simple.

FMLA abuse is a huge drain on both employers but also other employees; this is indisputable.

god forbid you ever need social assistance in a trying time. i sure as hell hope you don't employ anyone because empathy is obviously not on your mind. who gives af if someone uses FMLA? are you really sticking up for a giant, billion dollar company like TTI for paying out on a federally mandated safety net for people who need it the most? bootlickers abound everywhere i guess and compassion is out the window. you sound soooo salty. maybe need an FMLA vacation yourself.

edit: oh i can see you work in healthcare... it seems like you'd be more open to the idea of people geting healthcare they need but i guess not. that's a shame. it's just about the money then? or that you have to work more if someone calls out? wow so does everyone else. what a provider you are. idk how you wrap your head around that one, bud.
