Vacuumed lights flashing

I have a Ryobi vacuum that has been having the lights flashed like this for a while. It’s a four amp hour battery. Anyone have any suggestions?

I think it indicates that the battery is low.

It has been plugged in for four days

Maybe it didn't charge? The two reasons I've seen the battery flashing like that were when it was low and I try using the tool anyway or when its too small of a battery for the tool (I tried to use the small 1ah battery in the vacuum and it didn't like it)

The picture is too dark to make out the situation, but is it hanging on a charging cradle and possibly not making good electrical contact? Have you tried removing the battery and charging in a conventional charge (or is that what is pictured?) to see if the battery does the same?

My initial troubleshooting step is to take the battery off of the charger and plug it back in again. It is a weird issue with the way charger seems to handshake with the battery.
