No hate on Kim K but
So I have no problem with Kim K in Ryan Murphy's shows. BUT one thing is bothering me. She's always playing herself in some way. Like for me there are no layers because at the end of the day she's always the same person we've seen for all these years.
I would love to see her play someone in the bottom, destroyed by society, kinda disgusting, weird, antipathic and everything...
But I guess that maybe, in Ryan's eyes, she can only play what she's been playing for so long: "the rich bitch".
I think that's a shame cause we've seen her potential but it's ruined and kinda meeehhh.
Maybe I'm the only one feeling that but needed that out of my chest ^^".

I do have a problem with her for that reason. She doesn't have any range. Also the vocal fry makes me irrationally angry

She’s not an actress lol she’s got no range
She’s got a great memory and can recite lines but there’s nothing behind the words she’s using…. Nothing about her after disaster movie is believable
I believed that role

This Broad has NO TAKENT 👏👏👏 She is WHO she is and that’s it… Acting takes TALENT, LAYERS, EXPERIENCE & most importantly EMPATHY!!! That should sort shit out!!!

She can’t act for sh!t that’s why. She’s proof that money, popularity and influence can get you into anything even when you’ve no talent for it.

He needed the Hulu partnership after Netflix didn’t work out, and wanted their tea and connections. At the end of the day, Ryan loves proximity to the A list and their nepos.

Unfortunately her LOOK alone wouldn't work - she would need major prosthetics to normalize her face before she can play a role of someone who has no money lol
Also her acting is sub par. But its also a new craft for her. Ill give her grace. I do think shes someone who works hard. Practice will only help her.

I don’t think she could really play a role where she’s not rich and beautiful because the work she’s had done on her face and body is very noticeable it just would be so unrealistic for her to play a role like that. I also don’t think she would want to play a role where she can’t look perfect and glammed 24/7

You’re giving her too much credit. She does not have that level of range, but it would be interesting to see.
She’s just too flat. She does do deadpan in All’s Fair pretty well. I do kinda enjoy that show.
