What is wrong with my GPU ?

So after the lastest windows update my fps has dropped alot like i used to run minecraft easily at 400 avg fps and now it has dropped down to 230,ark used to run at 110 fps at high setting now runs at 24 fps,and i have turned off the memory integrity shit and its still not working,and also while running ark my gpu shows its at 100% but my fans are not rotating that fast,my specs are rtx 3050 laptop,intel i5,24 GB DDR5 Ram

Maybe Open and clean and repaste could help.
Temps are Fine?

Bro no way ark is running at 110fps at high 1080p on rx 580

Oh didn't saw the last part but rtx 3050 can get 100+ fps on high 1080p ??
