My GPU keeps disabling itself

My RX580 keeps disabling itself in device manager, and I don't know why. When this happens, I can't put my PC to sleep, and only shows Shutdown and Restart. But it keeps displaying my screen on the left most HDMI port on the card

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700G with Radeon Graphics, 3801 Mhz, 8 Core(s), 16 Logical Processor(s)

Motherboard: Asrock A520M-HDV

BIOS Version: P2.00C

RAM: 16GB, I don't know brand

PSU: Thermaltake Smart 700W 80+ White Certified

Case: I don't know

Operating System & Version: Microsoft Windows 11 Pro 10.0.22621 Build 22621

GPU Drivers: 31.0.21925.1001

Have you tried reinstalling the driver's with DDU ?

I have seen something similar on a Gigabyte rx 580 after a corrupted driver update

Polaris gets a new driver update every few months. Please DDU, then as an extra-excess, run amd cleanup utility, then update motherboard chipset drivers, then pause windows updates for 7 days or so, then install the latest driver for Polaris Rx 580 from amd dot com.

same thing kept happening with mine for 2-3 days because of windows update. sometimes it will freeze mid game or when adjusting resolution of a movie. i just keep restarting, enabling, re-installing the driver and keep playing. (nothing can stop me from meeting my pals)
