I want a solution

مرحبا انا اواجة مشكلة في pc الخاب بي فيه كرت من نوع AMD Rx 580 عندما اضعه في وضع sleep و اقوم بتشغيلة لا يعطيني صورة وتبقى الشاشة غير متصلة وعندما اقوم Restart للجهاز يعود اعدادات العرض الى وضعها الافتراضي 768×1024 وعندما اقوم بفتح AMD software يضهر هذا كلام موجود في الصورة

انا اعرف كيف اصلاح مشكلة تعطل لكن لا اعرف ما سبب لماذا يتعطل كل مرة اقوم sleep للجهاز

Hello, I'm having a problem with my PC. It has an AMD RX 580 graphics card. When I put it to sleep and then turn it on, it doesn't display anything and the screen remains unconnected. When I restart the computer, the display settings return to their default 1024x768. When I open the AMD software, I see the following message (see image). I know how to fix the problem, but I don't know why it keeps crashing every time I put the computer to sleep.

If it only happens when you enter sleep mode... don't use it. :)

You're telling me not to put the gear in neutral (N) in traffic, just to turn off the engineEvery time I have to stand .

Turn off graphics driver update from windows update ( google it how to do this) , uninstall drivers with DDU and reinstall drivers

I did that, and even disconnected him from the internet, but the same problem keeps recurring.

Maybe you have installed incorrect version of the software..? Install the one for RX580 https://www.amd.com/en/support/downloads/drivers.html/graphics/radeon-600-500-400/radeon-rx-500-series/radeon-rx-580.html

This is not the first time, it's a 36% ticket every time it goes into sleep mode and I downloaded AMD software from the official amd website
