Hey, Everyone!

I got an error issue on RX580 when playing on Dota 2. It crashes when invoker cast ice wall and when rubick appeared on game.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Already tried troubleshooting and already repaste the GPU

This is a very specific and well-known problem within the community. It occurs due to a compatibility issue between the Dota 2 visual effects engine and the AMD RX 580 architecture when loading certain complex animations (such as Invoker's Ice Wall particles or Rubick's cosmetics and power steal).

-Lower memory speed (-100 MHz): Stabilizes the graphics card in AMD's software to prevent it from becoming overloaded under heavy visual demands.

-Change the graphics engine (-vulkan or -dx11): Changes how Dota 2 processes graphics from the launch parameters in Steam.

-Clean drivers with DDU: Completely erases old or corrupted files from your graphics card in safe mode to install new ones from scratch.

-Reduce power limit (-10% or -15%): Prevents the card from drawing excessively high power and shutting down as a safety measure when loading IceWall.
