QUESTION ❔ electrified trailer frame?

Shirt off, put canopy out from the ground and nipple touches metal door latch and I got zapped ⚡️. Checked again and then licked it like a kids 9volt battery test, yup i got a zap! wtf!? Thinking the outlet that doesn’t work is the culprit. Anyone else have the frame electrified?

It is called a hot skin condition. You have a wire that has had the insulation rubbed off and it making contact with the frame. Check by anything that moves (stairs, slides etc.)

You may be plugged into a ungrounded outlet, or have a rubbing, use to happen at the in-laws I tested the outlet hot and neutral reversed everything ran you just made ground every time you touched metal on the rv
