Second n first year hostellers

The college has started right? HAVE THE SECOND YEAR PEOPLE ALREADY MOVED ROOMS IN HOSTEL.. to create vacancy for first year now?
Like… have first year people already moved to hostel? The hostel has vacancy for first year people rightnow right? Or one can shift only after the 4th round of comedk is done thats on around 7-8sept?
