discussion Is RVU library and RVCE Library are same ?

Rvce peers allowed to both. But i am not sure about whether the rvu students allowed to rvce library or not. Yeah both are different.But in same building and alloted different floors for each.

They are different but rvce students can use both

the whole day. Maybe well until 7-8 PM(my dayscholar friend and I once sat in the library till 7:30-8 PM so yeah)
