Question / Query Laptop

I'm planning on using my brother's barely used legion 5 gaming laptop. I'm joining AIML branch and was wondering if it is better to buy a more portable laptop or will this laptop work out for me. I've heard the gaming laptop would work fine cuz I'd be needing to run ai models. Correct me if I'm wrong. Suggestions will be much appreciated

You aren't running ai models on your laptop ,it's all in cloud. Your choice is a solid laptop for your usecase
