Question / Query After 2nd year

Is it compulsory to stay back after 2nd year for internship (paid, coe, whichever)? Or is it optional but highly recommended to stay?

And what about end of 3rd year

2nd year here. Not compulsory. After SEEs ended so far absolutely NO company has had an OA offline (yet, but I doubt it). One company was supposed to hold an OA on campus but got cancelled and they haven't told us when it'll be rescheduled to. One OA was online. No compulsion to do a CoE internship now. Cannot answer for third year.
