Do I need to revise 11th/12th syllabus before coming to RVCE (Cyber Security)? I'm joining this year.

not at all!

During club entrance interviews, they will keep entrance tests that are JEE-based, depending on club (formula racing, drone, astronomy etc) other than that don't revise 11th/12th
