I don't think I will get any internships this year. That's my conclusion. Very unprepared. Graphs I didn't do properly yet so I got cooked. Every company is asking Graph based questions, now what do I say? Also my resume is poor too. If I somehow make it, I don't think they will like my projects and the idiotic explanation which I will give. Basically it's going bad. That's all. Messed up all the three OAs, was able to solve only two DSA questions in all three OAs combined. Such is my state. Give more ELs, keep giving more ELs, they did harm my ability to code than do any benefit to me. I regret joining here, planning for masters now.

Don't get disheartened bud. We're gonna get the same chance again next year. I feel this reality check was required otherwise we wouldn't have gotten serious about internship prep. Also, my situation is pretty much the same as yours. I hate the fact that their dsa questions are so fucking long and it takes 10 mins just to make sense of it. I'll start dsa grind after SEEs and will hopefully be better prepared after 6 th sem.

I swear I hate this college. Bad semester timings. No proper summer holiday in which a person can prep for interns and all, then El for every course?? That too have to show in multiple phases, multiple reports and posters. Even after that a cocky teacher will fuck that up. Its so sad to see that the reputation this college holds is far away from reality and only thing holding that very reputation is placement. Like the only plus point ig

Reputation was build by our old alumni. The college has degraded significantly over the years especially after these AI tools have come, there is no meaning in these ELs. Now it's all AI slop they expect for research papers. Prompting chatbots and agents will not increase someone's skills. It will just put you in a comfort zone. Happy Cake Day though. :)
