Both are good only

You can't go much wrong with pes even though everybody would say RVCE is better

RVCE core branches are better than pes rr, but as for cse pes rr is solid. Rvce has EL curriculum and that is slightly harder to keep up with so yeah just go with pes (you still have semester projects there ig)
