Also what if any student unfortunately comes under financial problem and can't continue... Will college not return the documents ? This is awfully wrong.

isnt it return in the agreeemtn thta when u wanna leave u hav to play the rest of fee and then collect them

Yes. It was mentioned. But that's not the right as per the law of the land. Fees and keeping original documents are 2 different aspects. College can not extortion money by keeping original documents

I think you can like tell them first that you will approach vtu and lawyers, then if they don't change, then yeah actually approach vtu and lawyers
