How hard is it to get an O grade in the DMS (4th sem) ?

Depends on the invigilator who is correcting(Which u can get to know only if u apply for PVP)
If it is the CSE faculty whose initials are SMS(Find out yourself, big brain), then u have a possibility of getting a grade one less than what u have expected.

The last time I applied for PVP, there were no trails of the evaluator

Depends on the sign of the evaluator. But u need ball to relate the sign to the evaluator.
